TRULO CORPORATION
Last Updated: April 16, 2026
Trulo Corporation is committed to ensuring that jointrulo.com is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, consistent with guidance from the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Trulo has implemented the following accessibility measures:
– Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy throughout the Platform.
– Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements, including listing search, booking wizard, and dashboard controls.
– Sufficient color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards for text and interactive elements.
– Alt text for meaningful images; decorative images are marked as presentational.
– Form labels associated with their inputs for screen reader compatibility.
– Focus indicators on interactive elements for keyboard-only users.
– Responsive design that supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
While we work toward full conformance, the following limitations are known:
– Third-party embedded content, including the DocuSeal electronic signature interface, may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our vendor to improve this.
– Some older listing images uploaded by hosts may lack descriptive alt text. We are implementing automated alt-text prompts for new uploads.
– PDF documents generated by DocuSeal may have limited screen reader support depending on the source template configuration.
